(1) In the case of employees who are appointed in the civil service after the commencement of this Act, the provision according to the prevailing law regarding the contributory pension system shall be applicable.
(2) Sections 35, 36, 37, 37A, 38, 39, 39A in the case of civil servants to whom the contributory pension system is applicable according to subsection (1). And the provisions of 39C will not apply.”
(2) After section 50 of the Nepal Health Service Act, 2053, the following section 50A. Added:-
